The existing studios to the East of the university are constructed of corrugated steel and London stock brick. The buildings two facade materials were chosen to replicate this idea whilst allowing the building to have a more contemporary look. The louvers combined with the staggering of elements the walls allow for an almost corrugated look and feel.
